BLAST from the Past!
Each week we will show a pic from our archives.

Right after we moved from 9th and N
 December of 2012, this
happened in March of 2013
@ 925 Rhode Island Ave. NW
Shaw Main Streets bought lirope for all of our tree boxes in Shaw.

Congratulations, Shaw Main Streets for your win of the GREAT AMERICAN MAIN Streets Award.

OLD CITY green became

OLD CITY Farm and Guild in March of 2013
We used to host Cinema Verde.
We watched films on our big open white wall.

We love adding life to places where nothing used to exist but debris.

That is how we got the name,

“The green beating HEART of Shaw”.

Thanks, Ralph Brabham
